Our Classic cocktail service is presented in a finger food style, featuring sweet and savoury bites with a wide gastronomic variety. Bites are selected from our catalogue. The approximate quantity is 6 to 7 bites per person for a maximum event duration of between 2 and 3 hours. Set-up can be a buffet with or without assistance, or tray service with waiters. A cocktail bar is optional and fully customised for each occasion.

Our Gourmand cocktail service consists of an exclusive selection of high-quality contemporary cuisine pieces, presented with elegance. Sweet and savoury bites are combined with various hot dishes and servings throughout the event. The cocktail bar is optional. The service includes permanent assistance for approximately 4 hours.
