Breakfast
€34 to €54 per person
We offer self-service breakfasts, set up on-site with or without assistance. The buffet-style breakfast service includes fresh fruits, crudités, eggs, bacon, sausages, ham, cheese, smoked salmon, baked beans, mushrooms, Greek yogurt, cereals, breads, croissants, Danishes, pancakes, juices, coffees, infusions, and water. Champagne is optional. This can be requested as self-service or assisted by kitchen and waiting staff.
Lunch
Starter, main course, and dessert to choose from different catalogue options. Available as self-service or assisted by kitchen and waiting staff. Waiter service is optional.
Classic Lunch
€25 to €64 per person
This proposal consists of a light starter, such as a salad or an empanadilla, a hearty main course like a stew (cazuela) or braised meat, plus an individual dessert per person. It can be requested with or without staff assistance. Ideal for business lunches.
Gourmand Lunch
€54 to €84 per person
This lunch is ideal for an executive event or a senior meeting. A 4-course menu featuring an exclusive selection of the finest local gastronomy dishes. Starters + First Course + Second Course + Dessert, prepared by expert hands and served with elegance, always paying maximum attention to detail.

Our dinners are true culinary experiences presented in two options: an informal one for standing receptions, and a more elegant and formal one, ideal for business meetings or social events.
Informal Dinner
€54 to €94 per person
Fusion tapas featuring various bites with global flavours blended with exquisite expertise. 4-5 bites per person + Main Course options: beef cheeks in red wine, beef stroganoff, or chicken curry, for an intense dining experience. Dessert tasting selected from the catalogue. Optional assistance from kitchen, waiting, and bar staff.
Formal Dinner
€74 to €150 per person
Our formal dinner service features an elegant setting with suitable tableware and floral arrangements. The format is four courses: antipasto, one starter of choice between a warm salad with Camembert puff pastry, beef carpaccio, or shrimp cocktail. One main course of choice between Malbec loin with potato gratin and asparagus, salmon with hollandaise sauce and sweet potato parmentier, or sirloin with honey mustard and roasted vegetables, and one dessert: tiramisu, marquise, cheesecake, or brownie with red berries. Waiting staff assistance during the event is optional.
